I dropped off clothes (wool pants) and when I tried to,pick up, not available. Was told to come back. Turns out that my pants were given to someone else and they have to wait for a return.

VERY UNCOOPERATIVE (Carl). BAD BUSINESS. DO NOT GO THERE.

I took brand new drapes (still in packages)to be pressed took the off hanger when got home they where terrible couldn't believe it I will never go back to this cleaners or recommend it to any one.

I wish I had read these reviews before I dropped off my clothes to be dry cleaned..... I can't believe I have to give this place even one star for a rating.... worst dry cleaner ever! And the owner is RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! They lost one of my articles of clothing... no one will respond to my requests. I have had to make multiple trips to try to get it worked out... and they act like I am the one at fault. Do not let these people get away with this... keep after them... I know I will!

Lost a dress! I brought in and paid for two dresses to be cleaned. At pick up they told me they had only received one even though I had a receipt showing I dropped off two. It was a brand new dress. The owner will not make it right. DO NOT GO HERE!

This was the WORST experience!!! I went to pick up my dry cleaning and the lady behind the counter could not find my things. That's just the start, after almost 15 minutes she comes back for the second time and says she can't find any of my clothes. I told her my son graduates TONIGHT in THOSE clothes! And can I go back there and look for myself. I searched for over 15 minutes and I finally found the pants, another 20 minutes later I found the shirt. I was so frustrated. I then stood in line to pay when she says "you don't have to pay". I thought, well that makes sense after all the hassle. I left and half an hour later I get a phone call from the owner or her supervisor telling me I left without paying and he was going to call the police!!! I could not believe this nightmare. I got there and I explained... There was NO apology whatsoever, just "well, I'm glad you found your things". DON"T GO THERE.

I'm staying at the residence inn in Columbus Oh. I sent a pair of blue jeans and blue jean shorts to be laundered by whomever does the clothes cleaning for the residence inn. I wrote laundered pants and shorts, with medium starch and creases. They were returned dry cleaned, no creases and no starch. You could smell the dry cleaning chemicals--they stunk, plus the dry cleaning left stains on my blue jeans. That tells me that they don't change chemicals as often as they should. I sent them back to be re-done--they were returned as before, dry cleaned, no starch and no creases, but the stains were gone. I am going to contact the manager at the residence inn and advise them to contract with different cleaners. This place is expensive and I would think it would be pretty hard to get the cleaning wrong twice in a row. Plus other co-workers staying at the residence inn will be advised to take their laundry somewhere else. I would give this cleaners no stars if possible.

They can barely speak English. They take the buttons. Terrible service. Never a manager to help.

This is the worst cleaners. I took 12 dress shirts to be dry cleaned and when I picked them up, 6 of the 12 were still dirty. They were exactly the same as when I dropped them off. I returned the following day and they refused to re-clean the shirts. Shortly after I spoke with the owner (Carl Renier) and he stated that they cleaned my shirts and that his staff never returns dirty shirts. The owner never had a chance to even see my shirts. I was very disappointed with the quality of work and the quality of customer service. Premium Press does not actually clean your clothes.

OMG this is the worst cleaner I have every dealt with. They ruined my garments and that A-hole of a manager “Carl” told me to get out of his store when I confronted him about my situation. But I’m not finish with him yet!! Feel free to join me and call the BBB and 6 on my side to get the situation handle. I will do all I can to run him out of business! He does not deserve to be in the cleaning business and I need other customers to join me. We can’t keep silent about this guys who call his self a manger…of what! Do not use this cleaner!!!!!!!!!!

This cleaner does not stand behind their work. This dry cleaner ruined our gament and would not do anything to make their mistake right. When we tried to communicate with the owner he "Carl" was rude and insulting. Do not bring anything of value to this cleaner, they will not stand behind their work!
