I bought a very expensive commercial digital printer and was told it was refurbished and in good working condition. I received the machine and it has never worked properly and had several damaged parts that needed to be fixed. I was in contact with John from day one and he kept going in circles and nothing was resolved. Then I was told a section that was taken off the machine was going to be sent to me and I never received it. I'm out almost $9000 and and my business is suffering. Instead of trying to save money, I should have gone directly to Xerox as I originally planned. I hope this review will help others to not make the same mistake I have made.

They will sell you a piece of junk and then nickle and dime you to death fixing the junk they sold you. I highly recommend that you AVOID this company and their highly questionable business practices.

Beware, they sold me a broken copier then the technician told me i broke the machine. Do not leave the technician alone in your office.
