WOW....I am shocked to read the previous review (coolunderpressure). I have dealt with J.C. Manny a few times for school events/orders, as well as personal orders. I have never had any trouble with customer service or the owner. In fact, I have only received friendly, helpful and courteous service. Not only was the staff at J.C. Manny incredibly helpful with my design, they were very timely in getting my order completed. The only "hiccup" I have had was an error with the ink color on the back of the shirt on my most recent order. Since the work was top notch, the ink color was not an issue worth pursuing. That being said, J.C. Manny was quick to "right the wrong" by offering to reprint my entire order, or not charge me. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST....bar none! I will not hesitate to use J.C. Manny in the future, and highly recommend them!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I was in here recently to place an order for my own small business and can not believe the treatment I received. The customer service representative I worked with was wonderful, it is the "owner" that is the problem. I have never been lied to so many times, everything I said she had a reason for, even if that reason cancelled out an excuse I was given earlier. The "owner" was extremely aggressive and rather confusing to deal with, she had odd hours and made it difficult for me to meet with her. When I finally did she was rude and basically said she didn't want my business. I would NOT recommend this shop for anything. And I put the word owner in quotations because I can't believe that any owner would run a business the way this one does.
