I had my Ducati in for a repair. They kept promising dates but didn’t even work on the bike for over a month. It took a call to Ducati to get iron pony to order the parts.

I stopped in looking for a Honda Pioneer. The first sales person knew nothing about them, which I found to be unbelievable. I then found someone else, who gave me the excuse that he had lots of new people on the floor. He then acted like he had zero interest in selling me a unit. They have multiple signs up saying they want great condition used units, so I mentioned what I had. He then offered me $1500 less than any other dealer I had talked to and gave me a price on the Pioneer that was $1300 more than any other dealer I had talked to. So the moral of the story - these guys are worth a person’s time. They are pretty arrogant. I went the next day and easily and happly did business with Honda Powersports in Marysville and paid $2800 less than Iron Pony and with zero hassle.

A friend recommended to check out the store, so I drove almost 2 hours one way to check it out. The store is beautiful and there is enough gear to supply an army of bikers. The 3 to 4 different guys in the helmet section were a huge help and consistently asked if I needed help. On the other hand just about every other person in the store never said a word and when I did ask about some jackets the woman was next to no help. I'm pretty sure I knew more about the jackets than she did. Overall good time but probably won't be back for a while. If anybody important there sees this, my recommendation is to have some of your employees ask customers if they need help more often especially if they are willing to spend $1,000 on a jacket and helmet like I did today.

Never seen a store with a such a huge selection under one roof! Unbelievable! Seems like they almost always have what I need and every time I visit they have even more new stuff to choose from. Bikers paradise! The staff takes the time to be sure what you purchase matches your specific needs. I love browsing around a couple hours each time I visit.

This place is awesome!! Everyone is extremely knowledgeable about their departments, and the amount of stock here just cannot be beat! The service department is amazing, and they take amazing care of my bike! I wouldn't dream of taking my bike anywhere else! This is a great one-stop shop for all of your riding needs!

It is cool to have a place so close that has tons of riding gear in stock. I ride on the street as well as off-road and it is a one stop shop for what I need, dirt or street.

Three strikes on one day in the bad-service department. All I wanted was new tires installed (off bike) : Strike 1- Waited almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the staff. ( 3 customers - 5 staff ) I should have left then: Strike 2 - Angie told me the wait would be about an hour and she would call me when ready.2 hrs. later and no phone call I arrive to see me tires against the wall: Strike 3 - They installed the wrong tire on the rear wheel. The tread patterns where completely different. WTF To make maters worse, they offered no apology for my incoviniance. I recommend the service department receive training on CUSTOMER service. I will never use Iron Pony for any service again!

I wish there were more motorcycle shops close by...worst experience ever I also took bike in for service missing parts when I got it back.... I will drive clear out to Lewis Center to Motorcycle Maxx for now on...

worst management ever

Today our basketball team had a car wash as a fundraiser for our team. A representative from Iron Pony was being a complete 100% unfiltered a$$ hole. He took our signs down on Westerville Rd stating that this was his property. We were actually in the Auto Zone parking lot. Also he called Auto Zone and asked that our children not to come and buy snacks from Iron Pony. Im proud to say we had a successful fundraiser despite the treatment we received.

The worst experience of my life.. My bike came back to me with a missing chrome bolt and knob. So dirty,, even after I had paid for a wash and waxing. A seal around my speedometer that was the only thing wrong and had been paid for was not even replaced. Still had the old one there.. MY SADDLE BAGS WERE PUT BACK ON BACKWARDS!!! And the general manager was so rude, he told me I was not welcome there anymore because I was trying to take advantage of them. He said that my bike had come in with the bags on backwards, even after I sent him pictures of before it went there. It was unbelievable and unacceptable to be treated that way.. I spent $1100.00 there and was told I was trying to take advantage of them. I did not want something for nothing. I only wanted what I PAID for and my bike to come back looking nice,,,,,, Not Worse!!!! Terrible Service!!!!!!!
