This place is a complete joke. The leasing office people are so rude and really dont care what you think of them. Moving in with nails still in the walls, carpets not replaced, rooms were horribly HORRIBLY repainted. Painted over cable jacks and outlets. When we moved in there was a flask sitting on our counter.... (Wonder if this explains the painting job???) Both sides of the sink stoppers were off. Closet doors were all off day of move in. We have made more than 5 calls about the maintance issues and he has came out ONCE. and had to leave due to a emergency. Then he never came back and finished the job??? Our kitchen light still looks like this mind you. (We didn't have a kitchen light for the whole first month we moved in!!!!!!!!!) And adding on to all this our downstairs bathroom did not work for the first month either until he came back out and started ripping apart our kitchen ceiling light.

And with this all, you'd think the apartment staff would be nice and try to help. They really do not care. At all. The main lady that seems to handle most of this is one of the rudest people I have encountered and I'm baffled at the way she talks to her clientele.

HORRIBLE!!!!

NOT RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE

Horrible management!! They just don't attend to service calls or try to run away without doing the work. There is $210 approx fee charged every month for internet, cable, trash and water. Internet is standard time warner package which may be available around $40 outside. They will show you concern until you sign the lease, and after that they will just suck. The office staff is quite rude. In every utility bill they charge $9 extra as admin fee. The so-called lakes (water bodies) appear dirty. They say that you cannot sublet or break the lease for any reason, basically once you signed the lease you will have to pay for full lease. They gave us the dirty apartment promising to fix issues which they never did. Closets miss the shelves. I had to clean both the toilets myself when I moved in. Stay away.

I advise potential renters to stay far away from Fairway Lakes Apartments. My husband and I were supposed to move in June to this apartment complex. We had nothing but problems since the new manager took over our agreement. I had to constantly keep calling the office about our paperwork in attempt to have everything ready by the time we were to move in. I never received one phone call back from the new manager even though I was told that I would. We were shown a beautiful model in March by an associate whom does not work there anymore. When we went to do our walkthrough of the apartment it was a disaster. The shower door would not open, the shower and tub were stained and disgusting it looked as if they had tried to paint over parts of it to cover up the stains, along with a multitude problems. We discussed our concerns with the manager and were told they would be resolved and we would receive a call back when everything was ready. Well our move in date came and passed no call received. My husband went to discuss the matter with the manager. She then raised her voice and yelled at him. Please stay far away from Fairway Lakes this is not a complex that will treat you with respect.

I could not agree more with the previous tenant. I signed a lease back in March of 2009 and after a couple of months everything in my apartment started to fall apart. My roommate and I had put in a request to have a couple of necessary things to be repaired all around the apartment. The staff had lost our order or just plain forgot to let the maintenance staff know. From the first day we moved into the apartments a couple of our screens had been taped to the window because they were signed too small. We put in a request and they still have not replaced the screens and it's been about 9 months. The parking lot is full of unsupervised children, they never keep up with the dog potty bags, and if one thing goes wrong in the apartment be aware everything a day or two later will go wrong as well. I would not recommend anyone signing a lease with this company.

If I could give it 0 stars, I definately would! I've lived here since '05, and the place used to be great. However, since new ownership took over, this place has been awful! Poor maintenance, Unprofessional office staff, lack of groundskeeping, trash lying around, etc. The ladies in the office will stab you in the back given any chance! Also, when you give your 60 days' notice to leave, they will do whatever they can to make your life as miserable as possible!
