I've taken my 17 yr old daughter to westerville peds for 13 years. Lately the policies and procedures have become so AWFUL I will never return. My daughter has had 3 bladder infections this year (2 in the last month). I called the nurse (Dee- worse nurse ever) and asked to have her seen...it was about 4:00 on Halloween and she told me NO Way we could be seen until 2:30 the following day because the office was closing early for Trick or Treat. If you've ever has a UTI you know how uncomfortable they are. That was unacceptable since my daughter had just been seen 10 DAYS earlier CLEARLY The treatment wasn't effective. I just received the bill that day! $77 for 20 minutes with a Nurse Practitioner( who doesn't work late on hallmark holidays like Halloween!) WOW nurse 'DEE' was so rude and UNPROFESSIONAL her license should be limited to "no patient contact''. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR SELF RESPECT AT WESTERVILLE PEDS!!
