RUN!!!! Do NOT rent from caleb creek apartments.. My husband and i  were the first to rent here and had no idea of all the issues. The instalation is so bad u can hear the people below you and above as if they were standing right beside you. We brought it to the managments attention when owned by ardent and they advised us to write a letter to corp, so.we did. We never heard back so we called again and they said they would advise our neighbors of the issue. The problem continued but became worse. The neighbors above us.would walk and our light fixture would raddle, or they would go the bathroom and we could hear them pee, we heard every conversation,. So began to think there was no installation at all. The complex was bought out a few weeks ago, surprise! So we called them up and low and behold ardent never noted anything on our file of all the issues. The letter i wrote to corporate was never found. The new management has not been helpful at all and dont care to help us. It has been a nightmare everyday living here. I lived in prescott apts for 2 years which r the exact same set up and never heard anyone. DO NOT rent from caleb creek in westerville. The new management is just as bad with not caring for their attendants like ardent!
