I rented a car here online and when I went to pick it up they said they did not have one for me, and did nothing to help me. I had 2 toddlers and and all our luggage with me, and it ended up setting back my travel plans by half a day. I don't know if it was the fault of this location or Expedia, through which I booked, but either way, this Budget was unhelpful and understocked.
