Of the 2 Pet supply stores directly IN Westerly, this was the only one that answered the phone. The person I spoke to was very nice, had a kind voice and took the time to go and actually LOOK for what I wanted and was better able to answer my question.



Now, I worked customer service over the phone for over 5 years and I know for any company it is the first line of defense/offense. Good over the phone customer service is so rare now a days when so many companies use answering or automated machines.



This is the store I am telling my boyfriend to buy our supplies from for our 2 cats.

They are a great store. They have great premium dog and cat food. The employees are super helpful and always willing to answer question. It's great being able to bring my pet in with me to shop. They have a very nice selection of toys and chews and so much more. The store is also super clean and always nice to shop in. This is where I am shopping from now on!!! I'm so glad your here in Westerly Petsense.
