I have dealt with them 3 times now, but this is the last. It is always the same story....get it down here either today or first thing tomorrow morning and we will get right on it. Then the lying begins. Days will go by and you will hear nothing. The first occasion was a 3-4 day window which took 3 weeks. They cannot be shamed. No matter how many times you go there or call it is always the same thing. Will be done by the end of the day or tomorrow at the latest. This will go on for quite a while. While the quality of the work is good how much can you really trust people who do not have a clue how to schedule work or any idea how to tell the truth. It starts with Ron the owner and his 2 paid bobble heads in the office Tom and Kevin. The mechanics are OK just working in a bad situation. If you can spare your vehicle for a long period of time and like to be lied to this is your shop.

We took our car here for an in...

We took our car here for an inspection at 8am on a Tuesday and my husband asked to be called when he could pick it up. We went back the next morning after hearing nothing because he needed the car to drive to work. We had to wait in their lobby for about 10-15 minutes while the guy behind the counter had a chat with someone (by that point, there was another man lined up behind us.) When he finally paused his conversation to allow us to pay, he said "It passed, we didn't think it was going to." I said "I know, it looks rough." He responded "It wasn't that." Before I could ask what he meant or what came close to not passing (so we could fix it) he turned back to his first conversation. If something is wrong with my car, I want to know and I expect a mechanic to tell me. According to the inspection report it passed with flying colors and our regular mechanic hasn't pointed anything out so we still have no idea what he meant. In the end, the job was done and we weren't forced into any unnecessary repairs, but the service was rude, incredibly slow, and uninformative. It's alright if you need an inspection (if you have the time for it) but I wouldn't go there for a repair. I've only heard negative reviews from people who took their cars in for service and from what I've seen, I believe them.
