Horrible service agent put another passenger tag on my baggage which left me in a foreign country for 6 days with no clothes and my luggage was damaged upon receipt. They are impossible to reach by telephone

the over all experience was not bad the fight was good but baggage was horrible for 2 lbs over weight they made me empty out my bags at the ticketing counter embarrassment and i offered to pay for the difference in weight but the did not accept it i ended up carrying 4 bags in my hand plus a carry on
