I live in Virginia, found a BMW 2014 online @ Auto Gallery Imports, Westbury, NY through Cars.com, I talked to the sales person and went to NY to see the car & test drive, somehow, I was not able to make the deal that day and came back after a long drive. Just after 2 days I received a call from Henry Fuentes (Marketing Director) Auto Gallery Imports for a feedback of my recent Visit and reason not buy the car that day. I explained the reason, and he requested me to come back to buy the same car I was interested for with a more discounted price, and he offered me a free Air ticket or Rental Car to come over. What a good person and a great Customer Service. I went back again to Auto Gallery Imports, everyone in the dealership knew that I was coming, after a warm welcome I took the test drive and bought the Car. Condition of the car was same as Sales Manager & Sales Person honestly explained on the phone.
I also met another very nice Guy Steven Ben, He helped me with my paperwork and finance. Within 45 minutes everything was done and I was on my way back home, driving the BMW I just bought.
The team here at the Auto Gallery Imports in Westbury, NY took great care of me, Henry Taboada (Sales Manager), Jimmy Korman (Salesman), Sergio Rozin (Sales) Steven Ben (Finance Manager) and Henry Fuentes (Marketing) were very helpful & Friendly. I highly recommend them. for. Auto Gallery Imports is a great place to buy good quality Cars with great buying experience.

Great experience here at auto gallery i came in on sunday and it was really packed. Henry showed me around the lot and acouple of the cars i inquired about. Came back on tuesday after filling out paper work and left with my new ML. I got in a monthly budget me and a friend agreed upon. I was helped by josh shay in the finance department. Car was detailed like crazy and came out great. This staff shows they put in 110% to make you happy.

I got really quick response from drew from auto gallery talked about alot of cars. Very helpful and i came in two days after contacting them. Sergio was there to greet me and helped me explore my options i inquired about. Was really a simple easy pleasant experience as i was showed cars in PRISTINE conditions. Really nice touch on alot of these cars and you wont be disapointed. The manager henry got me approved really quickly and got into probably the most pleasant meeting ever. I left that same day with a nice estoril blue 328 and definetly am in love.

These guys really do what they can to help you out. Mike and josh helped me and my wife get approved and were really happy with how things turned out. Love this x5! They did everything they could to satisfy me and my family and were really proffesional and generous. One of there managers henry really helped out by showing us around as we waited for mike to be ready for us. Everyone there really cares about the customer and not the profit.

love my ml350 i got from auto gallery! Wide selection. Natasha was a joy to talk to on the phone. Sergio and joshua really were there to help me out and got me through the day really quick and fast. One of there managers Henry helped me out with over view of the features and was very knowledgable on all the mercedes they had to offer at the dealer. Everyone there works as a solid machine.

My experience at Auto Gallery Imports was a great one! Sergio was a pleasure to work with, he was straight forward and fair. The finance department got me an excellent interest rate and I was out the door quickly with my new car!

NIck was a delight he did everything to help me out. Had a great conversation and showed me EVERY car possible at the dealership. I settled with a bmw m5. The white with black interior just made my hairs stand up. Henry the sales manager helped me with getting lower payments and steve aswell the finnance manager. Definetly recommened these guys as they have taken such good care of me. Nick although young has proven me wrong on what i think of young sales guys!

I love these guys they are the sales guys you want to deal with! Alot of dealerships are out to get you but not gallery. My salesman Owen was a funny nice guys and really cared about making sure i was gonna leave them happy with a new car. We took a test ride in all the cars i was interested in like Ml550s Gl550s and a porsche cayenne! I ended up ith the Cayenne and am not looking back on my decision. I got the car shipped back home because i was out of state and got it in less then a week. Really thrilled on how they hooked me up and definetly moved me to write this review for owen!

Mike and Steve were helpful throughout the whole process, before and after I purchased my car. Car is in awesome condition, and they're still in touch even after purchase to help with anything I need. Appreciated these guys being up front with different options from the start.
