The worst company I have ever dealt with. claimed they serviced my elevator 3 months in a row, while I had a lock on the door and I had the only key so I know for a fact they never came to do the maintenance. When I did have an issue they took over four hours to show up, when their tech showed up he told me he has no idea how to work on my elevator and left. Excelsior still billed me for 4 hours labor at $277.00 per hour for the call. The next day they sent another Tech who said he could not help me because he didn't have the user manual and he left but excelsior still charged me over $1200. for the service call. I refused to pay them so now they hired some hack of an attorney ( AMOS WEINBERG) to threaten to sue me unless I pay $8,000 RUN AWAY FROM EXCELSIOR.
