Unfriendly office. The receptionist is uncourteous. She shows hostility toward certain patients; in other words, she is prejudice and cannot controlled herself. She would picked to see who you are and take her time before coming to the window. She need to be retrained and also need to know that patients are patients. Regardless of the color of their skin, they bring business to the office. Therefore, they must be treated courteously.
