I strongly urge anyone considering using Carpet Specialist for flooring to look elsewhere. I had them lay flooring for me and they did an extremely sloppy job which left large gaps between the floorboards as well as gaps at the end of the boards which go under the baseboards. Bill, the owner, was not responsive to my concerns and the floors were not fixed. I strongly recommend others to look elsewhere for flooring. It bothers me everyday looking at the terrible job that was done.
