I bought an item for $13.99.
7 days later I went to return it with my sales slip and the package.
The eve prior I bought a similar item... paid $29.00 (better match)
During my return... The salesgirl was extremely rude. She stated "you need the paper insert that describes the item, I told her I never open the package and I did not have the insert. She then called the manager over who stated the same thing. I said to her "can't you just find another one like it and put a new barcode in it and she said "NO"

There was absolutely no need for a BITCH manager to not be able to put another barcode and put it back on the shelf since I never ever open the package.
This was the RANDOLPH MA. store of which they have just LOST another customer !!

People please go to Kohls where you can us 3 coupons at one time for anything and everything online and in store.

I also stop by ocean state job lot yesterday and noted they carried quite an assortment of items with the same name .... but a lot less money as the curtain and bath outlet dive!!

As far as selection and prices of product I love the store. I just went to the Westborough location and the store manager was horribly rude and mean. I arrived at the store 10 minutes before the closed the SM proceeded to tell me to my face that I had two minutes left to shop. I just wanted to look at the clearance merchandise. It was such a bad experience that I just turned around and left. The manager proceeded to tell me to stay outside. The corporate office should be ashamed to employ such an awful person. I will not be shopping there again.
