When you call you are getting an ASE L1 certified diagnostic Technician that is also a CIRT for the RI state inspection program. I also hold many AC Delco electronics and electrical system certificates. A previous garage owner that understands the high expense of overhead for an automotive shop and someone that has specialized in this for over 10 years now. 20 plus years as a regular all around technician.

Craig from Mr. Diagnostic has helped our service shop in several instances. We have had him come out to program modules in the past as he has subscriptions to Honda and Toyota software. We most recently had a very difficult diagnostic job on a Honda CRV. We were ready to give up on the car repair. We called Craig and he was able to diagnose a wiring issue that was causing the ECM on the car to short out and fail (we had replaced the ecm previously and the second ecm also failed 2 days after installation). Craig diagnosed and repaired a wiring problem in the main wire harness and we installed and programmed a new ECM and all is working! My best techs (both L1 ASE certified master techs) had been trying to diagnose the issue for a week and Craig was able to diagnose the issue in a matter of hours! I highly recommend Craig, he is an incredible resource and is a very talented tech!

Called and asked to have a ECM reprogrammed. He came tried for a few hours and said he programmed the computer and that the vehicle was having another issue. We paid and he left. I then went out with my own computer and found he never programmed the computer. The vin to the old vehicle was still registered in the new ecm we provided. We then called and asked him to come back out and try again. We got instant attitude. Claimed our 15 thousand dollar scanners were wrong. Said it would cost us another 125 to come back out. We then said hell no and sent to the dealership. Vehicle was then programmed correctly and problem was solved. Do not use Mr. Diagnostic. Typical crook

I do not do business this way. I wish I saw this review sooner than over 3 years later. I don't know who you are because you are hiding behind two letters. I would never say I programmed something that I did not. If I said there were other problems with the vehicle I wish you would have put what was wrong. I do and average of 20 cars a week and because of that I can't recall who you are. Please contact me so we can make this right.
