Can I just say what a joke these guys are. First I go in for an exam and cleaning and the dentist looks at my x-rays for like 45 seconds and tell me it looks fine. Then say they don't have time for a simple cleaning. When i go back,One of the hygienists were rude and incredibly aggressive. I had a tooth chipped 2 weeks later and went to a different dentist. I had monarch email my x-rays only to find out I have 5 CAVITIES!!!!!!! I will never go back to them!

Recently took my wife to get her wisdon teeth removed, the sergical dentist that removed the tooth gave me a number to call to reach him if there was any complications. On wednesday night my wife could not bare the pain and was extremely swollen on her left cheek and her throat as well, we tried to get a hold of the dentist and were unable to reach him, we then got directed to the operator and they took down our information and said they would have an oncall doctor give us a call back in a few minute, we never got the call back and on thursday morning my wofe had to be rushed to an er because her airway was closing. I dislike that they only have one sergical dentist for all of their branches and that they say they will have an oncall doctor call back and they dont this by far the worst place to get great service and care

i really like our dentist, Greg Smith. We are constantly billed for services that our insurance says are paid in full. Our invoices show no balance due from patient but Monarch bills for balances. I'm tired of calling only to have them then say there is no balance. What's up with this. Do most people just pay?
