This post office has an ongoing problem with their mail carriers. The fact of the matter lies in the management of this office. Robert, Susan, Nathan, the list goes on and on and on. I have had an ongoing problem with them for a 1.5 years. My mail is often not delivered. Packages are stolen, checks(insurance claim reimbursements) have not made it, bills are delivered to my neighbor or left in the street. I've called and had conversations too many times to count and nothing gets resolved. The customer service here is lacking and needs to be addressed. I have filed a complaint with the US Post Master General and I encourage you all to do the same. Nothing will change here unless things from higher up look in and make the necessary changes. Starting with management and moving down.

This is the worst office in the state. We got involved with them after their mail carrier threatened us, we have it on video, after that our mail has been tampered with, marked no secure delivery site available, and Social Security Checks gone. The Manager Scott is as worthless an individual as I have ever met.

I was surprised that my package from Amazon took 2 1/2 weeks to be delivered. They told me that my package has been sitting at the post office for a week and a half. I spent a half hour with the "Customer Service" computer and was told my package could not be tracked. When I drove to the post office they told me they could not look for my package without the tracking number. When Amazon gave me the tracking number they told me that it could not be tracked. Why should they care if they have a theft problem in their office?

I am in the process of moving ...

I am in the process of moving and have a long way to get to this location. The reason I have to go here, is because my new place requires it. When I requested a mail key from the man working two days ago he wrote down their number so I wouldn't have to make the drive just to find out if my keys are ready. He told me they would be prepared by Thursday. Thursday came along and I wait an hour after they open to call. The keys aren't ready and I am rudely informed that "I KNOW they aren't ready, because I am the one in charge" he REFUSED to check on my keys, after I asked if I gave him my information he would check on them. AVOID using this location if at all possible.
