I recently had Dave and his "crew" of CraigsList laborers (he told me he found them there himself) work at my residence. He was very aggressive/desperate when it came to paying the deposit which should have been a red flag in the first place. The projects were to take 3 days but come the 3rd day, the first project was only 60% complete. Dave walked off my job (and skipped town) and has left my house in shambles. He'll tell you his labor costs are taking him under but when you see the quality of he and his CraigsList clan, you'll understand why the project drags along. One works while the other 3-4 watch/smoke. He came crying (literally tears) to me at one point begging for more money but don't get wrapped in his dramatic games. He has my money and this review is all I can do to help other consumers avoid my experience. My neighbor and I hired him at the same time and he had the same experience as me. I generally give contractors the benefit of a doubt but don't waste your time on this guy. Don't use him.
