I grew up with a Da master Mechanic.
My Da fixed things not just replaced parts. So we went to a myriad of junk yards through the years. Chicks has been around for near to my lifetime and I rem him being a professional who knew his land and what cars were on it and what parts remained in those vehicles.
Prices are comparable. Overall, its a good junk yard to get your parts from.
Golden Rule always works. Treat and be treated.

I think the old man that runs this place has rabies. I'm not a mechanic, just a guy looking for a third row seat that has never been to a junk yard... so I go in the office and no one is there and I hear a fork lift in the yard so I go out to get his attention. I walk back to the front and spot a ford expedition just feet front his entrance that looks to be a good match, so I walk over to see if it has the seat while I wait for him. The windows are tinted so I opened the door of this totaled, piece of crap expedition to see inside.

As soon as I closed the door and asked him what year it was he came unglued and started screaming about not touching anything when he isn't around. He went on and on yelling and screaming and I asked him if he treated all his customers this way and then he said to get the f*&# out of his yard! I tried to calm him down and thought I did after a few minutes, and then I said okay, how much for the seat? He then told me to F&%^ off and that he was sending it through the scrapper with the seat still in it! I told him I'd give $150 for it. I think he's loosing his marbles so proceed with extreme caution or you might end up in the scrapper yourself!. True story.
