Josh opened my car and broke my side window trim in the process. As soon as I got on the freeway, it flew off and was run over by another car. Cost me $120 to replace.

$1000 later at the dealership and the damage they did it finally repaired.

Josh was able to come right out to our residence and make another key to start our car. They were very professional and fast. Thank you so much!!!

The Service was outstanding fast and courteous. The Service Tech was friendly eed help this is the company to use they will always be the best service you can hand helpful. I needed to have my keys reprogrammed after I had changed my car battery, I called the dealership and they quoted me $100. I called several other dealers and was told the same thing.

I called these people because my husband had used them in the past and thought it couldn't hurt.

He said he would try and quoted me $35.00.

He took both sets of keys, where one didn't work at all, and the other only turned on the truck. Neither remote lock or unlock buttons worked. If I used my key to unlock the car the alarm would sound until I turned it on.

But after a few minutes, he handed me my keys and they both work perfectly!!!

They were nice and friendly, and they didn't overcharge me!!!

I will and would recommend them to anyone who needs keys made or replaced or re-programmed!!!

I called another locksmith to help a colleague who was locked out of her home. They said they couldn't help, and hung up on me. Wow.Then I called Bob's. The tech who answered was polite and, even better, said he could help my colleague immediately. In less than an hour, she was back in her house - out of the cold and snow.That is customer service, and I appreciate the quick attention and service.

Just used them tonight. Arrived within 30 minutes just as promised when I called. Used a flat rate fee (which I liked). No hidden charges. Not familiar with what average prices are but charged $75.
