Friend bought a new phone it didn't work right. Went back to exchange it they wouldn't exchange it they had us go to the support center. The support center sent us back to the store to exchange the phone. Got back to the store they messed with the phone got it to work.y friend went home to a.z phone started messing up again they called to get a new phone. No luck. Got told they had to go to the store they bought it from to get a new one . Going to cost more to drive back than the phone is worth. This is all in the 14 day exchange policy they have. This store is not a place to get a phone.
