All I wanted tonight was to relax with some football and not cook. Called three cs since is was local, they have good food and we like supporting small businesses. Well not anymore! Called with a pretty sizable order, large deluxe, small cheese, 12 in steak sub, side of fries. Wanted to pick up but all was taken was my number. She said it was going to be hour 1/2. I should have questioned but just went with it. I called back after about 40 minutes cuz we didn't want to wait. She answered and said we don't have an order like that here. It must be out for delivery. I was like I didn't want delivery but ok. We waited an hour from when I called to ask. Husband called back and they claimed they NEVER had an order. You have got to be kidding me!!! My husband talked to the claimed owner and he said we never made anything with that order! Never even offered a solution. So now it is 7:30 I'm out of the enjoyment of not having to cook anything. They have completely lost our business. What a way to ruin your reputation. I wanted to choose no stars but I had to choose something to post.

Not Happy.

We have ordered from here several times. Every time they are later than they said. Today they told us half an hour and it took them over an hour and twenty minutes. The driver apologized and spun a web about getting stuck when he went to the wrong house. He also said his phone was dead and he couldn't call and let us know he would be late. This is not the only time this has happened. Every single time we order from here they are at least twice the amount of time promised for delivery. Our food is always cold and on several occasions they forgot to bring the 2 liter we paid for so they replaced it with cans instead. Their food is mediocre at best and their delivery times are terrible.

very rude service

I had ordered a chicken stromboli, pepperoni balls with extra, and two Italian subs. We did not receive our pepperoni ball instead we received two Strombolis. The delivery driver was very polite about the mistake and said would tell the owner and we received the call but the owner was very rude about. She had demanded we return the Stromboli or we wouldn't get the pepperoni balls. We decided to just drive up and pay for the pepperoni balls do to the fact by law you are not allowed to take back food, well when we got there she asked for the stromboli and I explained once again I was paying for the pepperoni balls again. She got frustrated and told me to take my mouth and to leave or she would call the cops. Now thanks to the rude owner my mother and 5 year have no dinner and we have to find something else. After tonight Three C's Pizza has lost royal costumers of three years. We will not be order there again.

where is my food?!

We ordered about two hours ago. We were told 45 minutes. When we called after waiting an hour and a half to see where we were on the order list, a woman answered "we are too busy to take orders" and she hung up on me! Now they are not answering the phone at all. So much for customer service!!

I was passing through the area and got a square (thick crust, not really Sicilian, but thick) pizza with jalapenos and bacon. Very good pizza, flavorful sauce, good topping balance, bacon was in decent sized hunks and not too fatty, top was slightly browned and toasted. Way better than I expected. Friendly on phone and at register when I picked it up. Price reasonable. Good job!

Contrary to the complaints of the other reviews the Food is above par for the area. My only gripe is that for where i live an extra dollar is added for delivery. Considering they are 20 min away the complaint is negligible.

I have ordered from here and was not very pleased...how can you let a young child answer the phone and take orders. not only did the child take my order but couldnt get the card info right for me to pay so when they got here i had to write a check because I was told my card wouldnt got through. I had asked for extra cheese and was charged for it but did not get it. I am still not sure why you would have a child answering your phone and taking orders at a business regardless of weather it is a family business or not it is very unprofessional. Unfortunately i have to give you one star but if it were left up to me you would get none.
