I'm still hoping for resolve with this business. They did not cut my lenses properly but insist they did because they have the prescription in writing. They refuse to acknowledge that perhaps a mistake was made between the document and the actual lenses. They have repaired one pair to some extend, but still problematic. The other pair they refused to adjust at all. They insist I get another eye exam even though the glasses I lost and sought to replace were only 3 weeks old and worked perfectly. They can not explain how they know their is no error in the lenses themselves believing that since they have a record of the prescription no error could have occurred. I need the lenses replaced but I am denied thus far. I have been very busy and have had to endure the improper lenses for several more weeks. It looks like due to their resistance my eyes are now truly beginning to suffer, perhaps actually prematurely requiring a new prescription after all. Unfortunate loss. Beware!
