The repair work is top notch and guaranteed. However, you will never get to actually talk to any of the mechanics all you get to do is talk to the ding dong at the desk who will tell you something that is similar to what the mechanic told her but it won't be the same, so I would have to imagine the communication is as distorted the other way as well. My daughter took her car there for extensive repair work and she said the same thing.
