Buyer beware, I stopped in this store to check out their pellet stoves and asked the salesman for a written estimate for an installed price on a particular stove. He typed up an estimate on his computer and showed me, but refused to give me a printed copy. He asked why, so I could shop around? Well excuse me, But isn't it standard business practice to give a written estimate. This was my second visit to the store and had planned to purchase a stove from them because they offered financing. I told him he just lost a sale and walked out. I guess i was lucky to find out how they really treat a customer before i made a purchase.

Good showroom, interesting variety of products, knowledgeable salespeople. People can save time by bringing in fireplace measurements and pictures of the inside and outside of their houses at the location a product is desired. The business is a slow-paced one and not like a slam-bang sales operation. Sometimes wait times to get help are long, but there is amusement in looking at all the stuff.

Stay away! Horrible customer service. We purchased a gas fireplace 1 year and 2 weeks ago. It has been installed less than 11 months. Since we started using it this fall we have had two problems. Both times we called them and were told one thing and when we went to the store we were told something different. When I called them the owner was rude, laughed at me and refused to help. THe warranty means nothing. Basically they will sell you something and then they do not want to hear from you again.
