on march 22,2011, my husband called fast fill oil in the morning to set up a delivery for that day as we were almost out of oil. the person he spoke to on the phone said they would deliver oil that day; well by 5pm we still had no oil in fact we had run out of oil and the house was cold and the furnace would have to be restarted. My husband called their number and got their answering service and the person said she would have them call us right back. Well they did not, noone called. Now all this time they had already taken our money and we got no oil. The next morning March 23, 2911, my husband called them again and said where is our oil? and they said what oil? ok well we can deliver it late afternoon. I was upset as I have arthritis and we have no oil it is 32 out and set to snow and they will not come and deliver the oil they promised us until late afternoon? That is very poor I don't care service. I called them this morning also and got a very rude hispanic person on phone who denied speaking with my husband the day before or ever promising to deliver us oil. A man came on phone and he was rude and said the best they could do was deliver by late this afternoon even though it was their fault and they had already taken our money and promised to deliver the day before? They are not a honest, reputable business any more and I do not recommend them to anyone. They do not care about anyone that is without oil and hurting but they sure want their money fast! BEware if you use them! as you might be waiting days for your oil!!!
