Provided by YP.comDealership in not only is rude but they installed the wrong luggage rack and then proceeded to argue that they sold and installed the correct part despite admitting the part on the vehicle is not the part ordered. After speaking to them numerous times they continue to stall by needing to speak with a manager and then claiming the customer waited to long to address the issue when the customer has documentation that the dealership was stalling and refusing to fix the issue. Don't waste you time at this dealership unless you intend on visiting the Attorney General with your complaints. There are other dealerships for Mazda that are worth the drive.

Provided by YP.comThis is my first attempt to make all the purchase arrangements online and it ended up being pretty easy. I an inquiry to several dealers and they all came back with similar prices but the salesperson at Balise just seemed better at communicating with me digitally better than the others. My job doesn't allow me time to take a lot of phone calls so email and text is important to me and Balise was willing to do everything this way. This made it very easy for me and everything was worked out before I came into the dealership. They earned my business by working around my schedule and making things easy.

Provided by YP.comMy girlfriend recently went to Balise Mazda to shop for a new car. She asked me to come along, hoping they wouldn't try to take advantage of her being a woman. She had pretty much narrowed her choice down to the Mazda three or Toyota Corolla. The salesperson at the Toyota dealership was Nice but didn't seem to know much about the car. The Mazda salesperson was a female and my girlfriend was very comfortable working with her. She was able to answer all her questions and made everything go very smoothly. The price of the car was right in line with what the Internet said she should pay and she's very happy. And if she's happy I'm happy

Provided by YP.comI got a new CX-5 after comparing small suv's for a couple months. Most of them seemed about the same but the Mazda was a little nicer to drive. A big part of the decision was the sales person and dealership. Compared to others I visited they weren't pushy and the salesperson could actually answer my questions. Everything was upfront and straight forward. The dealership experience really made a difference in my car shopping experience. What a positive refreshing change..

Provided by YP.comI got my new car from Balise Mazda a few months ago and I just had my first oil change. So far everything is good. My new CX-5 is awesome, love the MPG. Got a great price on the car and the oil change was cheaper than other places.

Provided by YP.comJust got my new Mazda3 from Balise. It's only the second car I have purchased but they made it easy without the games I found at the other dealer I shopped.. My salesperson wasn't pushy and actually could answer my questions. I only have a couple hundred miles on my car so far but I love it. I will recommend Balise Mazda to my friends who also love my new car,

Provided by YP.comThese guys are liars and crooks! Buyers beware you do NOT want to do business with this dealer. We purchased 2 cars from Balise and have been loyal customers for 10+ years and after an accident they called with a $210 estimate and then 2 hours later called with a $758 estimate. When we got upset that they had not checked out the car thoroughly the first time and things got heated (and admittedly we used some profanities) they refused to fix our car and told us it was unsafe to drive and that we should have it towed. Then when I filed a BBB complaint they were bold faced liars and said that we had refused to have the car serviced. These people put my family at risk in driving an unsafe car and then have the nerve to lie about. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. Buy from Modern Motors Mazda in Thomaston CT, I wish I had!!

Provided by YP.comDo not go to Balise Mazda and if for some reason you have to, do not work with Ashley. She will lie to you, whine at you, and, if you dare to ask for her to do some work (such as provide you with the paperwork on a car), claim that you are trying to get her in trouble with her boss. Due to her negligence and lies, Balise Mazda is refusing to return a $500 deposit on a car that was not purchased.

Provided by YP.comIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. I can't stress enough the importance of my recommendation for not taking your car here. Seriously...just don't do it, in my honest and experienced opinion . I was involved in the sales/repair car business for years...so I know when I'm getting screwed. I believe this is exactly what I got here.
I brought my car in for a major repair that was covered under warranty. I was told this repair would take two weeks. Well, my car sat there for almost a month and a half as they kept giving me the runaround. And they wouldn't give me a rental...
Prior to bringing my car in, it was in immaculate condition. When I finally got it back, there were dents, dings, and scratches all over it. They even left food in my car! There was condensation in my taillight that wasn't there before I brought the car in and the coloring on the inside didn't match my other taillight. I remember one of the mechanics saying another mechanic had the same car that was being worked on. I'll let you do the math... In addition, there were 500 miles put on my car...500! Thats more than just a test drive. And my shifter knob was loose. I believe they were just taking my car out for joy rides. Then the heater just mysteriously broke in a extremely awkward way...The worst part of all, I immediately had problems with the very things they were suppose to have fixed...and they tried to charge me again!!! After much complaining, they finally agreed to pay for it. Something that should have been remedied in a day ended up taking another two weeks! Got my car back and it was still having problems! They said they didn't know what to do, that they couldn't fix it! I believe they try to manipulate people with their phony kind words and fake smiles while they are screwing you behind your back.
So, I had enough and took my car to the other Mazda Dealer in Hartford. Right away they diagnosed the problem and of course it was related to something that Balise screwed up/overlooked! They kindly fixed it free of charge. The mechanic also said that in 25 years of mechanics he had never seen a heater break in the way mine did. Again, you do the math.
My car was perfect before I took it to Balise. Now I still have over $1000 in repairs since the day I got it back from them! Please take my advice and avoid this place at all costs. I recommend driving the extra distance and taking your car to the Mazda dealer in Hartford. They are awesome!
