I have no clue how this establishment has as many stars as it does. They must have employees writing their reviews because I would have never imagined that upon viewing my uncle, we would be greeted with such unprofessionalism. Yesterday my family and I were told to be at the location at 1pm for my uncle's viewing but some of us arrived early to prepare. When my mother arrived at 12:30p, they stated they weren't ready for us to come set up and stated that they were only allowing 3 famliy members in at a time which was rudely advised by the receptionist, meanwhile before my mother paid her money she was advised that due to covid-19 only 4 ppl were allowed in at a time. To make matters worse, the person my mom set up the arrangements with didn't even show up. Moving past that, my mother was extremely upset at the fact that my uncle was displayed in a cardboard box, we expressed our frustration because no one was advise that he would be set up that way. The response extremely rude and unprofessional, the other Male employee was also very combative which only escalated the situation. The fact that the only employee there with any common decency was the person building caskets. He stated that he usually doesn't interact with customers but has more compassion than both employees in the office. This experience will stick with me for the rest of my life. It really just shows how inconsiderate and cold some ppl are in the world. I just pray they never have to experience anything like this when it comes to their family members. I wouldn't wish that experience on my worst enemy.
