I had the glass in my slider break, they were able to come out the same day after paying a reasonable emergency fee to repair it. I was extremely happy to have them secure our home again and give me piece of mind.

We put a call in to have a tech give us an estimate and set up an appointment. I was told the tech would be able to perform the work that day- after charging a $65 service fee the tech could not perform the work.. Too late in the day. His estimate seemed high so he said the owner call us within the following 2 days to give us a price. We never received a call, so we called them. We had to take it upon ourselves to email them because they never called. My husband spoke to the owner on the third day and she went over the estimate for our repairs. Following their conversation, I spoke to the owner as well. She was extremely rude and loud over the phone, even telling me that me and my "darling" (my husband) could make the decision on whether or not to use them and told us that maybe we should hire a handyman. Very inappropriate way to handle business and over-priced for their repairs..I do not recommend this company whether they've been in business for 40+ years or not!

They have competitive pricing and they came out right away. Had a broken window and they fixed it on the spot. The tech guy was awesome....clean, neat and knowledgable.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Terrible experience. They repaired 3 of my windows and their work did not even last 6 months! 6 months and hundreds of dollars later I was exactly where I started, with 3 broken windows. I called them to come back and repair their obviously incompetent work and they wanted to charge me full price. It reaks of all the car mechanic horror stories (scams) we've all heard about, except with windows. Save yourself time and money, call someone else. Don't get scammed. AVOID THE WINDOW DOCTORS!

I had an old window crank that needed to be repaced and they were the only company around that had it in stock. Good customer service.

Hands down the best custemer service I have had in a very long time. I live out of the area and was looking for some repalcement parts for some old windows. Joanne answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Through sending some pictures she was able to find me the parts I needed. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. I highly recommend this company given the service I recieved.
