I went in for a/c and the guy told me one price and he charged me a completely different price at the end. They kept finding more things are wrong with car and adding more cost. Also, the wait is extremely long. Horrible services. I'm extremely upset and I can't believe I bought a car from here. Never again. And beware!

Unprofessional staff in the world, must be careful when getting your oil changed here they will make ur car have more problems

I had an appointment for a simple oil change. I was told it would not take long and they would wash the car. After waiting close to 3 hours I inquired as to the status of my car being ready. The manager MIke Wangle said he would check but never came back with a response. After walking by me at least 4 times he finally acknowledged me and said it would be another 15 minutes. He also took off $10. I will NOT be returning to West Palm Beach Kia for any service. I wasted an entire Saturday sitting in a waiting room with screaming brats and HORRIBLE attitude from Mike.
