THIS POST OFFICE SUCKS, REALLY BAD THE DELIVERY THE LINES AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN USING IT OFF AND ON FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS AND EVERY TIME I REMEMBER WHY I STOPPED.

YOU ARE FOREWARNED DO NOT USE!!! I put a forward on my old address 4670 cherry rd WPB when my husband and I tracked our packages they were still being sent to the old address, AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! In my serious opinion, anytime I actually had to deal with this post office it was always the longest nightmare! DO NOT USE!!!!

Today, at about 12noon, I visited the postal office on Haverhill and Reobuck in WPB. I went in an looked around for some address change form but could not find any on the counter. I went up to the Black woman shoulder lenght hair to the left end counter but couldn't read her name for I wasn't wearing my reading glasses. I said to her "Excuse me ma'm can I ask you something?" She doesn't reply so I asked her again, "Excuse me ma'm can I ask you something?? She goes, "Let me finish with my customer" I said Ok. When her customer left, she stares at me with head boppin and eyes poppin as if her popping eyeballs were saying "WHAT!?" I said, you ready now for me? I just want to know where are the address change forms? She said, how many do you need? I said 2 pls. I mean, really?? Is that how a simple answer we give customers nowadays?? Shame on this woman for her attitude! She need a Customer Service class reevaluation! No STARS for you!

I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT THAT GIRL WORKING TODAY VERY RUDE AND HAVE NO MANNERS, IF I WAS IN WEST PALM BEACH I WILL DEFINITELY PAY HER A VISIT. A DEGRACE AND I WILL NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH THIS SERVICE AGAIN AFTER THEY MISPLACE MY PACKAGE AND SHE A BE RUDE. I SPOKE TO A GUY YESTERDAY THAT JUST START WORKING HERE A FEW DAYS HE SAID AND HE WAS SO NICE AND HELPFUL. BUT THIS GIRL TODAY WHEN I CALL WAS A DISGRACE TO USPS. #RATING IS NON
