I went to Top Hat for a car wash, I had $4.00 in quarters which I counted while I was waiting in the car wash line. After the car wash, I went home and discovered that there was only $2.50 in quarters left. There was also a fresh grease smudge on my drivers seat. I went back and told the so called manager, who had an attitude and he said it was impossible. 4 different people had been in my car from start to finish including the "manager"

How could he say it was impossible if 3 other people besides himself had been in the car?? He had 2 eyes like most other people. I paid $21.00 for a car wash, $2.00 for tip and they stole money from me on top of that. The manager put $1.50 in quarters back in my car, still with an attitude and walked away without speaking to any employees. My wife and I go there a few times per year.

Needless to say that we will never go there again and will tell others not to go there. They lost at least a couple of hundred dollars per year for $1.50... Stealing must be a daily occurence, because the manager didn't seem to care....They need to pay there employees more or hire people that aren't thieves !!

Love love love taking my SUV to Top Hat Car Wash. They do such a fantastic job on her every time. The detailers and staff are courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I have always had a great experience whenever I come here. They take very good care of your car and it always looks terrific when they get done. I live in Lake Worth and don't mind the drive to come here because I know my car will be taken care of. Great work!

I don't get my car washed as often as I should, so when I do I go where I get value for the money and excellent service: Top Hat. The crew is super friendly and they pay attention to detail--my car looks as good as new when I drive away.

If that weren't enough, the last time I was there the staff found a wallet I'd been missing since last year. I got in my car to leave and saw it sitting on the seat next to me; all the cash and credit cards were intact. I really appreciate the Top Hat team's honesty and integrity!

Great Service, Great Quality, Great deals. From vacuuming to the hand finish, A+. I got a super save plus for three dollars off because of a "mens day" promotion on wednesdays. will definitely be bringing my car there again.

I spend a lot of time between Las Vegas and West Palm Beach. I wish I could find a car wash this good in Las Vegas! The staff was extremely friendly and my car looked immaculate, both inside and out. I would never take my car anywhere else when I am in Florida.

Top Hat Car Wash has great prices and does a great job on my car. I love how detail-oriented they are and how friendly their customer service is. Definitely the best in the area!

on 7-21-08 at 5:03pm i drove up for a car wash and aske for an exterior wash only and hand wash the new chrome wheels, when truck was returned the wheels had been chemicaly burned,so i returned the next morning and ray the manager had one of the other techs try to remove the burns with no luck, basically saying that the wheels were like this when i pulled up and he was not responsible, i told him the wheels were less than a month old, status just released these wheels , the dynasty in chrome, and i always hand wash my wheels, that's why i asked and paided extra for a handwashing of the wheels, his untrained tech sprayed cleaner on them and started cleaning one by one, while the cleaner sat on the other three wheels to burn,the tech admitted to me he had sprayed them and then washed them, this morning of 7-23-8 when i returned to confront the tech, then i asked for a sample of what they srayed and they started back pedeling, so i had to pour some in my own containers and i am taking it to status wheels for testing, they ruined my new wheels and are trying to get out of it , i have contacted the bbb and city of west palm beach, next is channel 5 news and then my attoryey,, come to find out they dont even have a single certified tech at all, they dont put them through a single class, i would not take my vehicle to tophat ever again, and would never recomend this shop to a soul, please do not put your self through this, do it your self or if you dont have time , motorcity wash it , all there techs are certified , i thought tophat did the same but aparently not,, not worth it, take it from me!

They told me the car would be ready in an hour,so I waited.It was not ready.There is no air conditened lounge,the staff was rude,did a terrible job,needless to say I will never go back.
