Our window was broken and frame was taken to Specialty Glass Of The Palm Beaches to get a new glass. We were told it would take 10 days for them to replace the glass, but it actually took several weeks. When we got the window back, the frame was bent in 3 places and the caulking was just a mess. We are very disappointed. They just ruined our frame and the glass installation was very unprofessional. We would not recommend this company to anybody.

Very professional company! I have enjoyed working with them. They are always very busy but never too busy to do the RIGHT THING!! I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I am working with Specialty Glass for more than 10 years, always professional and they have the best prices in the market. Judy the owner is very kind and make all the suggestions for getting what you need , the time frame is always less of what you spectate. All the people who work in Specialty Glass are always very nice and respectful they are a good team. Its always a good experience working with them.

Ever wonder if Specialty Glass employees was actually trying to serve you? Or if they're just trying to get rid of you as soon as possible? When to Palm Beach location based on my contractors recommendation. Looked at few thing, left with few question. We didn’t agree on anything, because I wanted to look at few more places to compare cost and quality. Next morning got a call (at work) to come home and open the door for installation guy who was there to get measurements. When I told them that I can’t I was told that they will not be able to assist me. But, my contractor insisted on using them. I let the contracted deal with Specialty Glass. I was told that because of the size of my shower I’ll need framed doors ONLY. Because, one of the door has piano hinges frame was hard to find. I saw one door that look good, but was frameless. Asked if Specialty Glass can ‘fix’ that, was that it was not a problem. When time came to install the shower doors, they deliver (and installed) the wrong door and damage my laundry room door in the proses of bring in the new shower doors, which was frameless contrary to what I asked. New door was wrong, overpriced and customer service none existing. When I called 4 times (left 4 messages) to ask what happen, Specialty Glass employee never called me back. Would not recommend Specialty Glass to my worst enemy.
