Sosa originally did my house two years ago. Last month I had a repair done by him and it was a nightmare. He charged $300 for 30sqft at the front door. I did not purchase enough wood ( he said 3 boxes was more than enough) so he said he'd come back and finish the floor for me next week when the wood arrived. A month later and he just gives me excuses everyday. Every other job is more important than finishing my job that I already paid him in full for. He seemed like a nice guy but he's a dirty contractor. He suddenly stopped answering my calls or returning my messages.
