Screen builders installed a fence in 1998. The inspection never closed out at the City of Miramar . I am selling my house and in the title search the inspections is pending. Went to the city and they made me flip the doors to today's code. I had to pay $75.00. Now the city says the latches are wrong. Asked Screen builders for help and Patrick says I have to pay 75.00 each for my three doors. He is losing money he says. What does that have to do with me? I paid over $2000.for the fence permit in 1998. Now because of their negligence I have to pay to bring the fence up to code. They have no customer service. Seeing as it was their fault . I just spoke to Michael Sonsini let me just say that he is very unprofessional. I wrote this review and one on yelp. He threatened me telling me I had to take the review off or he would tell the technician that was waiting outside my house to do the work to leave (which I would have to pay $225 out of my own pocket I had paid an additional $75.00 to flip the doors to code) = it would be almost $300.00) . I had my daughter on the line so she could see how unprofessional they were. He used profanity and my daughter had to tell him to please be professional. At the end we told him that we would remove the review once he completed the job. He told us he would not do it for free even thou it was his companies mistake. He later told the technician to leave. He told me "Hey Maritza do you see the guy leaving?" well I guess you will not close on your house. How unprofessional!! He was not willing to pay out of good will the $225.00 instead he wants to get bad publicity for his company. Bottomline its all about the money,not customer service. He told the technician to leave and he hung up on us!! He told us before he hung up to go ahead and throw a nuclear bomb on bad reviews on him he doesn't care. Well people we do care because we work hard for our money and we want things done correctly. Please don't use them, you will regret it.
