Provided by YP.comRock Fitness West Palm Beach is one of the best gyms I've trained at in South Florida. Tons of dumbells and free weights along with a vast assortment of machines. They have all the treadmills and stairclimbers your legs can handle. Plenty of classes to attend although I have not yet tried them.
Place is very clean and always organised. No weight plates or dumbbells lying around.
Its not too crowded so I always get a great workout. They are always open on holidays.
