If you want to deal with dishonest individuals, contact this place especially Kristyn Killer. She will lie to you and steal your money. I decided to rent a unit under the terms that the place will be cleaned (because it was filthy) and re-painted because the previous tenants left black marks and dents from moving their furniture. She agreed to the terms. But when I moved in, the apartment was the same, and she never returned my calls for weeks and never took care of it. When I moved out, I handed the apartment back in a better condition that when they rented it to me. Yet she decided to deduct $750 from my deposit blaming me for the marks and dents left in the wall by the previous tenant that I originally complained about. I have been contacting her for the past 6 weeks and she has been avoiding my calls and my emails.
