Rude lifeguard attendants, rude management

Paid $200+ for my family of 5 to spend my daughters birthday at the park. On one attraction, the lifeguard started yelling "dude...get out of the water" after I fell in while doing the tight-rope-lilly-pad type game. However, I didn't hear him (and
Quite frankly, I'm a working wife and mom. I don't respond to being called "dude!") anyhow, after he apparently kept repeating "dude get out of the water", my daughter looks over at me and says, "mom I think he's talking to you." fine. I get out. Later when a lightening storm is on the horizon, all guests were being asked to get out of the water/off the rides until the storm passed. I used the word "asked" very loosely. The young life guards again start yelling and screaming at the guests. Ok. I get the urgency. But we are in SOUTH FLORIDA with a large Spanish speaking population. Guest that may not have spoken English as their first language just looked in bewilderment at these lifeguards yelling and waving their arms around. Solution, get a PA system that makes emergency announcements in English AND SPANISH, or atleast teach the lifeguards how to say "emergency, please leave the water!" in Spanish! To top
It all off, I called to complain to a manager, no one has called me back and it's nearing 3 weeks & they are not answering my calls. My other daughter would like to return for her birthday But Am i supposed to spend money to get mistreated?

Not so good for adults

Read reviews on other sites, they were dead on! I walked in understanding the lines were long, the staff is atrocious, and the food sucks. I brought my teenage sister on a Friday hoping there wouldn't be too many people waiting for the rides and it really wasn't THAT bad. The lines were anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes long for each 10-20 second ride, but there were sooo many kids cutting in line... literally just pushing past everyone which irritated the crap out of me and the staff didn't do too much... there was one ghetto lady with 12 kids pushing herself to the front for every ride! They didn't have any restaurants b/c the park is a bit small compared to Orlando parks, but they did have fast food like pizza, lemonade, and french fries (pretty inexpensive too). The mostly-teenage staff acted like complete drones, I only saw one guy smile the entire day. They didn't pay attention to much, didn't listen to anyone, and never smiled. I had read and expected this, but was really surprised that everyone looked so miserable. What really shocked me was an older guy named "Steven" that tritely told a larger man, in front of his entire family, that he was "too fat" to ride one of the family raft rides!!! I think the park may have been more fun if I had smaller children and not just one teenager with me -- less rides and more enjoyment. The only reason I'm giving any stars is b/c they had a couple enjoyable rides and the lazy river was fairly relaxing.
