SAL MASTRELLI RAVES ABOUT PIZZA ROMA.
EXCELLENT SERVICE AND DELICIOUS ITALIAN FOOD.

I have had thee worst experiences and service from this restaurant, and today did it. Your order is always wrong and when you call to advise them of it, their customer is deplorable, they make comments like "we are hard to please", they use profanities at the us and also told us "not to call back and place order." I just always thought that customer service is the foundation of any successful business, and if you are paying your money for something it should be right. Well believe me when I tell you I will NEVER order from this place again. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Be weary of hairs!!! If you buy food there, make sure you check before you bite into it, and don't think about complaining, they'll call you a lier!

I have always recommended this place as the most authentic pizza with very good service. Today however, I was highly disappointed when I returned to the restaurant with my $22 pizza because my mother and I both bit into hairs in our pizza!!!! I was shocked and insulted when he answered that he could tell that the hair i showed him was "placed" on the pizza. He wanted to give me my money back after he insulted me, but I told him to keep his money. I would have been happy with a simple apology and reassurance that they would look into this and make sure this would never hapen again, to me or anyone else! My dinner was ruined and I was accused of lying! Thanks Pizza Roma, but NEVER AGAIN!

I received my order through delivery with the meals upside down. The lid of one meal was completely open and leaking sauce. When I called and spoke with a female manager she stated that I would receive two free meals for the issue of this delivery. I just called and asked to speak with the manager, the man got On the phone and rudely interrupted me as I was explaining who I spoke to. He then proceeded to accuse me of pulling a "fast one" on him, continuing to call me inappropriate names. I cannot believe the level of professionalism displayed by this manager. I will never buy from this restaurant again.

I'm orig from.. NY .. Lets face it Fla pizza sux .. pizza Roma .. Has chgd that .. the Sicilian is my FAVE .. the service .. Is so Friendly .. can't say enuff bout how nice they have been to me & my FAMILY .. One day my husband & I went to pick up food ( go on an wkly basis to PIZZA ROMA ) & it came time to pay usually my husband payed ..he looked at says honey .. I left my wallet at home .. I looked at him ( this part was the MOST EMBARRASSED I'VE FELT BCUZ I DIDN'T HAVE MINE EITHER ) ..these kind ppl who only know us as patrons of their Pizza shop let us eat for FREE ..( yes we came back and paid the bill ) .. but it's not the point .. Pizza Roma .. Is the kind of place You can go feel at home .. And know you're gonna have an good cooked meal ..not just Pizza .. More than Pizza .. We have tried other things on the menu .. Bravo to the CHEF .. We never go else .. I miss my NY Pizza ..so I have PizzaRoma to go to .. while a wait to go home someday :)

Pizzaroma is the perfect hole-in-the-wall pizza restaurant. It's very authentic and extremely delicious!

New management, so the food is not only amazing but also authentic.

Just horrible!!! I ordered takeout from this place after a very long day. First of all, no one could understand english apparently. They said my food would be ready on 10 minutes...20 minutes later they called back and said my card number didn't work. They guy repeated the number back to me twice. I corrected him and he still go it wrong. Over an hour later they finally got to my hotel room with a cold sub that was supposed to he hot! It tasted like cardboard. Please do not eat here...consider yourself warned.
