IGNORANT AND RUDE!

We opened several accounts with this "community bank" only to find out over a period of time that their customer service is pretty poor. When some online banking mistakes {thousands of dollars} were made on their part, they acted as if it was their "sister' bill pay companies issues and would take No responsibility for their errors. In fact they simply told us that we would have to call their bill pay company. So I tried to contact them and when I did , it was a company in the Philipines. I could harly understand anything they were saying. So I contacted the CFO of the bank"Miss Minier" she surprisingly took it persomal and acted offended to the problems and just blamed it on their own bill pay system.. I asked her if she could stay on the line while we worked with their bill pay company and she said " I simply do not do that" This bank is a real joke.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT CHOOSE THIS BANK.LOL

Please do not do business at this bank. They stole my ATM card and refused to return it. They even had prior knowledge that their ATM machine doesn't return my particular type of ATM card and instead of posting a warning, they continue to keep innocent people's cards for no reason. The regional manager refused to help me and even hung up on me. I would like to warn any potential customers that this bank is unprofessional, rude, dishonest and untrustworthy.
