i only stared 3 PURELY on cost, not the hair job. Brandy did an amazing job that i absolutely loved, she did exactly what i wanted. The salon has a great atmosphere, is friendly and welcoming. However, i enquired re the price before i went and was told $99-$110 for highlights and $50 for cut and blow dry, so i expected around $160 max. However, at the bill i was told $250 !!!!!!! treatment and low lights were added in. I had said i have blonde and brown when i booked, i didnt know i would be charged full price for both, surely if half was blonde and half was brown, i pay one price or half and half. I was so pleased with the cut and coluring but left the salon feeling ripped off, to go from $160 to $250 was such a shock.

Cathi and her team are the best in the business. You can trust them to make sure you leave feeling and looking amazing. I've been seeing Cathi and sending all of my friends for over 3 years now!

I love love love this salon! I moved to West Palm Beach last summer and my hair was a complete and total damaged mess. Overprocessed and in need of desperate styling. Kathy, the salon owner, took me and gave me an awesome cut, chopping off all the damaged mess, and then put me with the fabulous Christina to fix the colored havoc that wasy hair. What an amazing transformation!! Not only do they do an amazing job, but they make you feel so at home. I love love love coming here; they make me laugh so much. The whole team is extremely talented!

I went to Christina to get my color/bleach fixed. It looks awesome!!!! Wish I could post the pic!!! I'm a loyal customer now. Love the job she did & she's a cool chick too! I've found my new hair salon.

I wanted a new look for the summer and went to One XI for a new style. I set up an appointment over the phone and the staff was super nice helpful. When I got to salon on the day of my appointment I love the boutique feel. Such a fun place. I am thinking about a new color too so I plan on a trip back to this salon sooner rather than later.

I had the best treatment ever!!!! Amy did my hair and I love it!!! I come here on business at least twice a month, and I will reccomend my friends and family to them as well!!! GREAT JOB!!!!

The best hairstylist on the East Coast. I have been almost everywhere but she is an exceptional hairstylist, she listens and made me look fantastic.
