BEWARE!! New Frontier Van Lines is a scam. I cannot believe I didn't read previous reviews before doing my move with these guys. If I have read half of the reviews I wouldn't have hired them at all. It's obvious they have fake reviews on different sites too. I originally signed an estimate with them where we agreed to all the admin costs, moving fees, and the only other thing to change was the exact weight of my furniture being moved. When we updated our inventory to add more weight "just to be on the safe side" they only put the extra money towards the administration costs instead of my weight. THAT WAS CLEARLY A RED FLAG. They also said I would be provided copies of the weight of the truck before my items were loaded and after so I would know how much to pay. The company is now not able to provide any documents of weight, OF COURSEEE. They also weren’t truthful on the services they provide because THEY ARE MOVING BROKERS. They also tell you the pick up dates and delivery in a maximum of 8 days later, ( their estimated dates are a joke)... Instead my items sat in their storage unit without my knowledge. They still aren’t able to locate my items and every time I call it’s just 4-7 business days till delivery (LIES). PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!
These people use innocent people and take advantage of such an important event in their life to suck them of their money. It's sad how desperate they are and how miserable their life must be if they can even sleep at night. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

SCAM!! This is a broker moving company and is only looking to take all your money (not exaggerating)... I'd give them 0 stars if possible. All of their positive reviews on google or any other site are completely FAKE!! You can tell someone is getting paid to write them good reviews and they all sound phony. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. Please book with an actual moving company not these guys.

First off, these guys will pull a classic bait and switch. Their customer service is the worst kind out there, but it makes sense since they are scamming everyone they do business with. They will not call you back or handle anything for you and ignore your calls on purpose. They will give you a decent price at first but then charge you more than they originally said and will get away with it since the initial price is a guess. The day before the move they "updated the weight" and the price increased more than $1,200 even though the truckers did not even re-weight anything. HUGE SCAM. It has been a complete nightmare to hire these guys for my move. To make things worse, delivery driver picked up random guys from local warehouse to help move items inside (the random guys told me themselves). This is the worst and most unprofessional company to do business with so do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Save yourself money, time, and sanity.

The movers were hard working and careful with our things. Nothing was broken. They set up all the beds and put the furniture exactly where we wanted it. They worked without breaks and were very polite. They even put together my new lawn mower and work brench. It was nice not to have to lift a finger. They were on time and finished the job as needed. Good job guys!

This is probably one of the best experiences I ever had moving my households and car. I moved from Illinois to Florida and I know this is very common route but I'm pretty sure not all moving company can do that well. On the scheduled day for pick I had one crew coming in the morning and we had some miss understanding. I called customer service to see what is going on and I explained that we have some issues with this guys and I'm not feeling comfortable moving my stuff with this team. They called me in 15 min and assign a new carrier. The new crew came afternoon and did the job extremely careful and fast. Most of the moving company would change you extra money for this incident but not this guys. I usually do not write reviews, but this company really deserve a good one, because most of the people go on this sites just to diss everyone.
By the way they gave me an accurate estimate for about $7500, and it was solid until the delivery, I had no surprises at the end.

In my experience, moving is THE most stressful experience I could fathom. I got a new job in a state completely foreign to me so moving to a place where I know no one and have zero experience with such a situation made the ordeal seem like it was going to be a nightmare. Naturally, I sought out google's help in finding a reliable moving company and made sure it had the reviews to back it up. Michael and his team were patient (I had a million questions about the process) understanding (I must've asked for reassurance about the payment and delivery conditions a hundred times) polite and reliable. They could tell I had enough stress with starting a new job so they went above and beyond to be available to for any questions and kept me up to date on all details. Moving long distance is scary enough, don't risk the details of your life changing transition with a company that doesn't 'walk the walk.' New Frontier Van Lines delivers! In more ways than one.

I used New Frontier Van Lines for my last move and was really impressed with their services. They were prompt and very professional with handling my household goods. I needed to keep my items in storage for a few weeks as my home was still being renovated, but as soon as I was ready I called New Frontier and received my goods in just a few days. Reasonable price, great service, and friendly staff. I could not have asked for a better moving experience.

I had to move for work to a place which is 10 hours away and New Frontier Vanlines helped me as recommended by a friend of mine. I used to have a one-bedroom apartment and I live by myself, so I only had 2,500 pounds of stuff. Their quote was spot on and I didn’t have to pay anything extra. Their coordinator was always very professional and courteous, which made our interactions very pleasant. Their account manager was also very professional. She notified me exactly what time everything was coming. The person who I had scheduled the move with, as well as other people, notified me exactly what to pack, what to leave out, and what to expect. That was a process for everything. Overall, they were a great company. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

i'm so glad i chose New Frontier van lines. after getting several quotes from other companies they gave me the lowest quote and I didn't experience any surprises throughout my move! they were knowledgeable and patient with me through the entire process and answered any and all questions I had. my things were picked up and delivered right on time. this company took all the stress out of my move. would absolutely recommend to family and friends!1500

I am extremely happy I chose New Frontier Van Lines to complete my move for me. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The telephone calls and email correspondence prior to the move was timely and clearly laid out and Chris was always available to answer any questions I had about my move. This was my very first time moving across the country, and he explained the entire process to me clearly. The price I was given was low (and honest!) compared to other companies I looked into. On the day of the move, I couldn't take more than a half of a day off from work, so they showed up right at the time we had scheduled. They had all of my belongings packed up and on the truck in 2.5 hours. The movers were exceptionally fast and even helped me rewrap some delicate vases and pictures I didn't pack up properly. These gentlemen knew what they were doing, for sure!
All and all, my move was not too shabby. Since this was mostly stress free, I would recommend this company.

This moving company is one of the best I have ever dealt with. I moved from Texas to California and I'm on a very tight budget, just graduated college, and they are affordable and friendly, yet professional. I let them know that I was on a budget, and they did everything they could to make sure that the price I was quoted was the price I paid. When I moved to Florida for college, I had the absolute worst experience with my delivery. It took two months. So, I was nervous to move again. I spoke with a gentleman named Kevin and he explained everything so in depth. He stayed on the phone with me for over 3 hours explaining the process. He also gave me pointers for packing and getting things ready to go. I did a lot of research before setting it in stone.
They came and packed up everything quickly and professionally, I received all of my items right on schedule, and there were no damages. The movers could have had a little bit more customer service skills, but that neither here nor there.
I couldn't have asked for a better first time move experience. I definitely recommend this company to anyone planning a move.
