I didn't buy my Genesis Coupe here but I only wanted to have it serviced thru hyundai cause dealerships know about their cars, right? WELL let me tell you! I brough it in cause 1 of my gears were sticking, they found the problem, called me within a couple hours and said I needed a new transmission. My car is a 2011 3.8.. NO problem its covered under warranty and we will have a rental for u.. I dropped in and Jeremy immediately took the car and brought me to my rental. Off to work I go! They fixed it by the end of the day, I drop off the rental and my cars ready to go, I'm gone! Wheeeee enjoying my ride. Abt a week later, I heard a rattle in the car. I just showed up and jeremy was with someone. He finished up within minutes and took my car in. Just a loose fitting, fixed it and the car is as good as new! I was in and out within 10 minutes! I don't know abt sales, but I've been there a couple of times just to inquire abt the newer models, they answered whatever my questions were and I was on my way. So no pressure there.. these people are AWESOME! And Jeremy in service is my go to guy! Hes always smiling and he seems like he really loves what he does! You ROCK Jeremy! I've never had such great service at a dealership. Checking out after an oil change has been a breeze as well.

I don't ever write reviews, but I was compelled because excellent service deserves praise! Thank you Napleton and Jeremy! :)

My salesperon 'Attilio Tirillo' as well as the General Manager did an outstanding job at helping me select the car of my dreams. They are both two professional people. Never pushed me into something I did not want, worked with me to find what I did want and within my budget. Mr. Tirillo treated me as though I was the only person on earth buying a car that day. He made me feel like a king, I cant believe how important I was to him as well as everyone there. FYI, this most recent purchase of my new 2012 Sonata is the second new Sonata I have purchased from this dealership (2009 Sonata Limited) and I must say that experience was also outstanding...That's why I went back there for my 2012 (see how it work's now) Also FYI this is the 4th Sonata my wife and I have purchased new.

If you are looking for a great place to buy a car.......this is not the place.



First and foremost, one of my family members was in the car business for almost my entire life, so I know what a good experience should be. I have worked in dealerships as well as my wife and my best friend. This dealership embodies all the worst qualities of any bad dealership.



The sales department is mediocre at best. The salesmen and sales managers are interested in nothing more than getting the sale done and getting you out the door without giving a full explanation of the car and all of the features, even where the spare tire is.

Just so everyone is clear on this, my wife and I bought 2 vehicles on the same day, so you would think that they would jump through hoops to make you happy. Wrong.



The service department is the worst I have ever experienced, and I have worked in service in the past. They do not call when the car is ready for pick up and they ask for a credit card deposit for a loaner vehicle! First time I have ever experienced that. This dealership actually lost my car at one point after fixing several problems with the poorly made vehicle.



The office staff does not return phone calls, even after several messages.



Maybe the people employed there are lazy, unmotivated or just do not know any better. Maybe the consumers that are happy with the experiences they have had, do not know any better.



The bottom line here is that the owner of this dealership should make visits often because the people that run the place will eventually run it into the ground. I would tell all of my friends and family to steer clear of this dealership, and from Hyundai for that matter. Not worth the time or money. They should have paid me for my time. Hyundai hasn't changed for the better, they have just learned how to fool most people better than before.

Napleton Hyundai is a great Florida dealership. I like their large selection and their willingness to work with their customers. We were looking into a Hyundai Elantra and couldn't find a dealership that had what we were looking for until we got to Napleton's Palm Beach location. The staff there walked us through the whole process and helped us with a great deal! I would recommend them to family and friends.

I just bought a Sonata from this location. The service was excellent and we love my new car! Everybody is friendly and professional ! I recommend this dealership to everyone.

Even though the economy is not that great, new car sales are declining every month, and people are loosing jobs everyday. It seems that maybe that doesn't apply to West Palm Hyundai employees. I called to get a price quote for 2 tires, and alignment for my Hyundai. I spoke to 4 different people (the operator, a service adviser, a parts person, and again another service adviser) All witch had an attitude, and it seems to me that they where more interested in passing me thru the next person than to help with a simple price quote.

My husband and I just bought a Entourage from this location. The service was excellent and we love our van! I even had someone yesterday looking in my windows at my van and was telling me how nice it was. Our sales person was Martin and he was such a big help. I thank everyone who worked with my husband to get us what we really wanted. WE LOVE OUR VAN!!
