Super communicative from the start- Eric and Adam were always in contact with me through the whole process.

I don't usually write reviews but I had to write one about MI&T. I hired MI&T on the recommendation of a family member to do our mold inspection. I am so happy to have hired them, Eric the owner is a delight to work with.

MI&T was thorough and a delight to deal with. As others have said, he showed up early and is very detail-oriented and persistent in making sure that he does the best job that he can to their customers.

Mold Inspection & Testing took their time with us and answered all the questions we had. We were new with this!

MI&T was very thorough with the mold inspection and would explain everything to us. He paid attention to details and pointed everything out no matter how insignificant it was.

Very professional and understanding. They helped me understand what was going to happen and was friendly doing it. Everyone was courteous ,and fast and it was resolved quickly.

They spent 2 hours on the house and then was generous with their time immediately after to update us on their findings. Later that night, we had a copy of the official report. I'm very happy about what I got for this investment. You won't be disappointed with this team.
