We purchased a Sealy mattress in January 2014. After 5 days there was a valley on the left side. We called and he said he would give us another mattress, and would wave the $99.00 restocking charge. The "new" mattress developed a valley right in the middle after 2 weeks. We called him and he said he would deliver another for $99.00 and hung up on us. We have put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are waiting to hear from them. The Mattress that he said was guaranteed for 5 years, had a tag that is stamped which says "no warranty". He is selling nothing but garbage. Beware!

THIS COMPANY IS SO DISGUSTING, I PURCHASED A MATTRESS FROM THEM BELIEVING THEY SOLD ME A FLOOR MODEL ACCORDING TO THE OWNER, CALEB. BUT WHAT A LIE THAT WAS, THEY HAVE BEDS WITH AS/IS STAMPED ON THE SIDE AND THE TRUTH IS THEY ARE USED RETURNED BEDS THAT THEY RESELL. AFTER ONLY 2 WEEKS ON THE BED I BROKE OUT IN WHAT I THOUGH WAS A RASH......IT WAS BED BUGS. MY WHOLE BEDROOM BECAME INFESTED FROM THEIR BED. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. WHEN I TRIED TO CONFRONT THEM WITH MY PROBLEM THEY YELLED AT ME AND TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF THE STORE. I WISH I HAD NEVER ENTERED THERE GOD FORSAKEN STORE.......THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.

I have been putting off getting mattresses for my house and finally got fed up (listening to my husband and children complain).
