From the moment I contacted Guardian Angel Inspections until I received the inspection report, I received the utmost in customer service. Richard "Ricky" Smith was very professional, personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. After contacting him, I immediately received the contract via email, I replied with a question and received a call within a few minutes with an answer. I was able to sign the contract and pay electronically. Very convenient and user friendly. I received a reminder email prior to the appointment, and he arrived early to the inspection. He was very thorough in conducting the inspection. After he concluded the inspection, he took the time to answer questions and I received the completed inspection report within hours.
