Greater Motorsports of WPB is the worst dealer out there! Their biggest mistake was to deny servicing a motorcycle bought from them. Now having to travel 202 miles round trip to get competent factory service and during my 10k service the mechanic tells me that the oil drain plug has been over tightened or cross threaded as a result Greater Motorsports put Teflon tape on the plug in order for it not to leak! I must say that this is one of the best experiences I have had making a large purchase in a long time. I bought a Yamaha SX190 2012 from this dealer (worked with Mike, Pete and Justin). They were all very responsive answering all e-mails outside of normal business hours. Justin responded within minutes after normal business hours with answers to any concerns I had along the way. They delivered on their promises and made the entire process extremely painless. Jimmy who is in finance closed the deal with friendliness and has been responsive after the fact anytime I have sent an e-mail with a question. Overall stellar customer service and process from start to finish. I highly recommend making a purchase through these folks.

I was attempting to buy a Victory Motorcycle. I was quoted by the sales manager an out the door price on a brand new 2011 model. I then was quoted a trade in amount for my bike. When I was ready to buy I went back to do the deal and all the numbers changed. Less for my trade in and more, alot more for the out the door price on the bike. I couldn't believe it. I told them what I was quoted before and they would not honor it. I was also willing to over look that the bike is a demo and is now used with a few minor flaws, but they still would not work a deal. I heard Greater Yamaha was like this but decided to give them a shot anyway. I now see why all my friends bought their Victory's from Best Buy Victory in Ft. Pierce. They told me Greater Yamaha does not deal and just plays games and wastes your time, now I believe it! This experience left a terrible taste in my mouth for Victory Motorcycles. I think I will just stick with Harley Davidson.
