We hired this company and were told they would finish the job in 2 weeks. It has been 6 weeks and so far they have done an absolutely terrible job.
The resurfacing is badly done, we have big white patches in a few places and is totally noticeable. They covered the jet with plaster instead of installing it. We planned on taking out the handrail but the crew left it in and just tiled around it instead. When I told them to take it out like we had planned they gave me a terrible attitude, they didn't speak a word of english so they just ignored my husband but I speak Spanish so I was able to tell them to do the job according to the plan, apparently the project manager (Nathan) never mentioned it, just like he didn't mention to fix the leak we had and the color lamp we bought. 
They also paved the deck without the drain deck, I mentioned it and the crew tried to convince me that it was better without it! I put a leveler and he stared laughing and told me that "fine" I'll add it in.

Fountain Blue Pools ruined my pool water. Had them for several years and after they fired my pool tech the new tech doesn't know what he is doing. My pool began to develop algae on the walls and stairs and we could not get it out. Fountain Blue kept telling us it was phosphate and wanted to charge me $145 to treat it. I had another pool company come out and when they tested the water they said the chemicals were all out of whack, and the algae was not phosphate buildup and I did not need a phosphate treatment but what I needed was a black alagae treatment and good wall scrubbing. By the way the new pool company only charges $40 for a phosphate treatment had I needed it. Fountain Blue Pools is overpriced and does not have a knowledgeable staff working their accounts. Buyer BEWARE!!
